The Program Management is the discipline of managing of interdependent groups of project and it is a great challenging and complex process of coordinating several related product development projects, often with the intention of improving the performance of a company or an organization. Mostly, those are governed by a contract between the companies or enterprises. For Program success good governance is very critical element in any program management. Program management includes value management, asset management, Risk Management, Trend analysis and Human Capital management.
